Founded in 2000, NeptuneLabs develops dynamic imaging software with a focus on e-commerce websites.

The key component FSI Server® creates and serves images in different formats and dimensions on the fly. FSI Server® has been designed for high traffic environments and offers a wide range of scalability and fail-over options.

The accompanying web viewers for FSI Server® range from zoom and pan viewers, 360 ° spins to e-catalogue viewers. All viewers have been developed focusing on usability, performance and seamless integration into any website.

The founders Hanno L. Kranzhoff and Steve Alberty draw on more than 25 years of software development experience, since 1998 focused on internet application development based on Java and various scripting languages.

Our customer base includes leading e-commerce companies, some of them serving far more than 1 billion images per month using FSI Server®.
The privately held company is being lead by the two CEOs and owners of NeptuneLabs GmbH, Hanno L. Kranzhoff and Steve Alberty.
