Reason:

When using CSV data, you must specify the Charset the CSV file was saved in, when loading it to FSI Pages Converter.

Solution:

If you use CSV data that was saved as e.g. “ISO-8859-15” you need to specify this in the “External Data” tab of FSI Pages Converter. If you specify a wrong charset, special characters might not display properly in FSI Pages.

To prevent this issue, make use of Microsoft Excel data sheets when possible. Excel files always contain the proper charset encoded inside the Excel file, which FSI Pages Converter can detect.
