Reason:
If your PDF files have an uncommon ratio, PDF output for single files fails may fail to split the PDF.
Solution:
Please add the correct “Single Page Ratio” in FSI Pages Converter in the “Source PDF tab” with Auto Ratio enabled. E.g. if your pages are wider, change the default Ratio from 11:14 to 12:10.
