Migrating FSI Server to new hardware, step-by-step guide

Reason:

In case you need to switch hardware and want to keep your settings.

Solution:

• Install FSI Server on new Hardware.
• Copy WEB_INF/config folder to new machine
• Copy WEB_INF/importer_profiles folder to new machine
• Copy server_profiles and templates if changes were made to new machine
• Copy storage to new machine

 

If the Domain or IP of the new server is different to the Domain or IP in the licence file, you will need a new licence file.
