General:

New: add support for internal database with TCP mode

Core:

New: add ${entityFixer()} in Freemarker templates to fix unescaped xml entities
Minor: Fix issues with unknown image and zip mime-types

Importer:

Major: fix problem with double conversion if images uploaded via API
Normal: Log to Storage is deactivated by default and needs to be activated if required.

Administrator:

Normal: Added Importer Details page showing currently and recently imported files.
Minor: Fix small interface issues
