FSI ImageGrid can now be combined with FSI Viewer to FSI Showcase

added: viewerSelector – defines a selector (e.g. “#myViewer” or “fsi-viewer” or “.myClass”) of an FSI Viewer instance to be used to display the selected image
added: assignFSIViewer – assigns a certain FSI Viewer JS instance to FSI ImageGrid.
added: Publish template in FSI Server Web Interface for FSI Showcase ImageGrid option.
